We rented a Toyota Hilux Double Cab with Caprivi Car Hire in Windhoek. We traveled with the car across in Namibia and Botswana. We drove about 8100 kilometers without any problems. Our journey took 5 weeks. We enjoyed it very much to stay in the rooftent. The car was well equipped for the campsites.Caprivi Car Hire supported us with transfers from and to the airport as well to the Hotel. Unsere Tour „Rund Namibia“ (ca. 3500 km) wurde unter anderem durch das komfortable und moderne Auto von Caprivi Car Hire zu einem einzigartigen Urlaub. Am Windhoek Airport wurden wir abgeholt. In der Ausleihstation angekommen stand das Auto schon bereit und Claudia gab uns eine Einführung in Auf- und Abbau des Zeltes und weiteren Spezifikationen des 4x4. Die Kommunikation lief auf Deutsch, englisch also possible ;) Das Leihprozedere war transparent und unterschriftsreich. Claudia erstellte von allen Dokumenten Kopien für die eigene Mitnahme. We will remember probably for a long time our road trip from Windhoeck to Victoria Falls. Even if at the beginning we were a little bit anixous because it was our first stay in Africa, everything happened very well. The car was in very good conditions and Caprivi staff took time to explain us its working and all the instructions. But hopefully, we didn't have any problem, neither breakdown nor flat tyre and we really enjoyed our trip, contempling the awesome afrincan landscapes, the magic of the sunsets and sunrises, and obviously the many fantastic wild animals.Doing this trip by ourselves,...

Knapp 4 Wochen Namibia (Mai 2019), fast 5000 km, tolles Auto (quasi neuer Toyota Hilux), keine Aussetzer, kein Reifenschaden, prima Ausstattung (sogar Brot gebacken im Dutch Oven), Roof-Tent etc. alles sehr sauber, freundliche und engagagierte Angestellte (v.a. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Namibia und Botswana verlebt. Our Rental is now a few weeks over. ( Oct.-Nov.2018). You might recall , I had a stone damaging the left running board . You have charged  ~30 € , which is very reasonable. But I wanted, to tell you, that we were very pleased with the car and the service , you have provided. The car including the tyres was in very good condition.  Remarkable, during 5 rentals over many years I did with you and earlier Kessler, I never had a tyre problem, even using the car on rough streets in the Brandberg area and in the Caprivi stripe. Wir hatten wunderbare zweieinhalb Wochen auf unserer Tour durch Namibia mit zwei Dachzelten auf einem Toyota Hilux von Caprivi Car Hire - das Auto und die gemietete Campingausrüstung in sehr gutem Zustand, Übernahme und Rückgabe sehr unkompliziert und die Einweisung in das Auto und Equipment ausführlich und gut. Auch der Transport vom und zum Flughafen bestens. Wünschenswert wäre eine zweite Batterie, auf die der Kühlschrank läuft für Campsites ohne Strom.
